Cancellation Policy

Cancelation within 24 hours before your appointment will have no cancellation fee. Canceling your appointment after 24 hours is a 30% cancellation fee. No shows will be banned and charged full amount plus a 2.6% processing fee. Canceling on any other form of messaging other than the gloss website will not cancel any existing appointments. It is your job to cancel any appointment you have made through this website.
